The ‘Meeting of Electors‘ or ‘Parish Meeting’ is held each year in the spring. It is an opportunity for the Parish Council to report to the parish on its activities during the previous year. At Cocking’s event, the reports are usually followed by a talk or presentation, delivered by a guest speaker, and finally by refreshments during which attendees have an opportunity to meet the councillors.
