New homes proposed for Cocking
A site in Cocking has been put forward for development for 25 new homes as part of the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) Local Plan Review, along with many other sites across East and West Sussex and Hampshire. Maintenance work on local overhead line planned
The Parish Council have been informed of upcoming work that National Grid will be undertaking locally next year. The Lovedean to Bolney Overhead Line (OHL) is undergoing essential maintenance to maintain and improve the power network and to ensure a safe and reliable electricity system.
The work will take place in stages between January and November 2025, but there will be no disruption to the supply of electricity.
