Saturday 2nd September, 2pm-4.30pm at Cocking Rectory on Mill Lane. The annual village fete is back! It features attractions for all ages, including antiques, collectables and vintage stalls, a cake stall with cake baking competitions for adults and children, books, clothes, bottle tombola, whiskey raffle, toiletries and jewellery and toys.

Cakes for the competition should be entered at the Rectory by 1 pm on the day. We have our famous teas with homemade cakes, hot dogs and ice creams on the refreshment side.

There will be games and entertainment in the form of the ever popular dog show, old-fashioned skittles, splat-the-rat, human one-man-bandit and hoopla.
