Today some local Orange Mobile customers received texts from the parent company, EE.
The texts said "You may have experienced problems recently with service in Cocking. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have now fixed the issue. For further details http://bit.ly/1zejcxa data charges apply."
The link from the texts to EE's 'Community' web site (not a site many would be aware of, and not one that Orange Customer Service seem to have directed many complainants to over the last 10 weeks) reveals this interesting post from Ed_H, Community Manager. It was posted on Tuesday 28th October and updated the next day.
